How to use
- wash your face thoroughly with soap, making sure that the face is free of any creams, lotions or make up.
- Thoroughly wet your nose as the strip wont stick to a dry nose.
- Dry your hands and peel the strip off the plastic liner.
- Apply the trip to the moistened nose area with the smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with the skin.

- The strip should feel stiff as it dries.
- After the strip has dried, slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting at the edges and pulling towards the centre.
