Note Baked Highlighter is an illuminator with special pearls in the formula that leaves a radiant appearance on skin.  Its texture is a pleasure to apply thanks to its special baked process.   The ultra-smooth, silky, buildable highlighter can be applied wet or dry to create a customised coverage and exquisite glowing effect.

How to use :

Apply to the tops of the cheekbones, center of the forehead, bridge of the nose and above the Cupid’s bow and blend gently.
