প্রতিদিন অন্তত দুই বার ব্যবহার করুন
কোনও জায়গায় লাগিয়ে গোল-গোলভাবে মালিশ করুন,তা হলে দ্রুত উপকার পাবেন। কিন্তু ততক্ষণ মালিশ করে যেতে হবে, যতক্ষণ না তেলটা পুরোপুরি শুকিয়ে যাচ্ছে।
বায়ো-অয়েল ম্যাজিকের মতো কাজ করে না। একটু ধৈর্য ধরে টানা দু-তিন মাস এই তেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে। তাহলে আপনি নিজেই তার ফলাফল বুঝতে পারবেন। তবে মনে রাখবেন, দিনে দু’বার এই তেল দিয়ে ভালো করে মালিশ করতে হবে।

Directions:
Gently massage the required amount onto the affected areas.
For best results, use twice a day.
Can also be used as a bath soak by adding a couple of drops to a running bath.
Caution: For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water. Do not use on broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
