প্রতিদিন অন্তত দুই বার ব্যবহার করুন
কোনও জায়গায় লাগিয়ে গোল-গোলভাবে মালিশ করুন,তা হলে দ্রুত উপকার পাবেন। কিন্তু ততক্ষণ মালিশ করে যেতে হবে, যতক্ষণ না তেলটা পুরোপুরি শুকিয়ে যাচ্ছে।
বায়ো-অয়েল ম্যাজিকের মতো কাজ করে না। একটু ধৈর্য ধরে টানা দু-তিন মাস এই তেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে। তাহলে আপনি নিজেই তার ফলাফল বুঝতে পারবেন। তবে মনে রাখবেন, দিনে দু’বার এই তেল দিয়ে ভালো করে মালিশ করতে হবে।

Directions:
